Your tasks

• Research on thin-film optoelectronics and advanced spectroscopic and optical techniques and methodologies.
• Participation on courses in the Bachelor's and Master's degree programs and implementation of Bachelor's and Master's theses (English).
• Development and operation of scientific equipment and methodologies focused on thin-film optoelectronics and advanced spectroscopic and optical techniques and methodologies.
• Assistance in the supervision of PhDs (English).
• Assistance on the organizational and administrative tasks (e.g. laboratory planning).
• Collaboration in research projects and involvement in the application for third-party funding.

Ihr Profil:

• Einschlägige Ausbildung wie Bauingenieur oder Architekt
• Erfahrungen im Baumanagement und idealerweise auch Gebäudemanagement
• Sichere Kenntnisse in öffentlich-rechtlichen Vergabe- und Ausschreibungsverfahren und im Baurecht
• Motivation, überdurchschnittliche Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Englischkenntnisse für interne Kommunikation
• Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit, soziale Kompetenz

Die Technische Universität München sucht für ihren Standort in Straubing (TUM Campus Straubing) eine/n Auszubildende/n als Fachinformatiker/-in für Systemintegration.

Der Bereich IT stellt als interner Dienstleister für alle Nutzer moderne Informationstechniken am TUM Campus Straubing zur Verfügung. Dabei steht die Unterstützung der Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei der täglichen Arbeit durch den Einsatz von aktueller IT-Technik sowie softwaregestützter Verfahren im Vordergrund.

Gängige Aufgaben sind die Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Software, die Administration von Servern und Netzwerkkomponenten, der Betrieb moderner Kommunikationstechniken sowie die Bearbeitung von Änderungen und Störungen an den IT-Arbeitsplätzen.

Ablauf und Inhalte:

Die Berufsausbildung besteht aus praktischen Einsätzen am Standort Straubing und dem regelmäßigen Besuch der Berufsschule, bei dem die theoretischen Inhalte des Berufs vermittelt werden. Unser IT-Bereich unterstützt alle, die am Standort Straubing täglich mit Hard- und Software arbeiten. Du bist damit interner Dienstleister und zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben gehören die Bearbeitung von Störungsmeldungen, die Installation und Konfiguration von Software sowie der Auf- und Umbau von Arbeitsplätzen. Während der praktischen Ausbildung am Standort wirst du durch geschulte Ausbildende angeleitet. Außerdem werden am TUM Campus Straubing Selbstständigkeit und Teamfähigkeit in einer modernen Arbeitsumgebung und mit zeitgemäßen Ausbildungsmethoden gefördert.

Student Assistant LCA-Lab Couse Support (m/w/d) 

General conditions 

• Student at TUM Campus Straubing
• 10 or 20 hours per week depending on project funding
• Duration: 6 months
• Start: October 2025

Tasks

• Assist in preparing course materials for the “LCA Lab – Practical Tools and Methods in Life Cycle Assessment” module for winter semester 2025/26
• Assist with collecting and organizing datasets, case studies, and research articles
• Support creation of digital lecture notes, step‐by‐step tutorials, and multimedia exercises
• Help administer exams, quizzes, and computer‐based assessments

Skills and qualifications needed

• An advanced master’s student is strongly preferred
• Solid grasp of LCA methodology and practical experience in conducting LCA studies
• Hands‐on experience with Brightway2 and Activity Browser (or comparable open‑source LCA tools)
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and basic understanding of Python scripting
• Excellent command of English
• High degree of responsibility, discipline, flexibility, and ability to work both independently and in a team
• Strong organizational skills, quick perception, and a careful, conscientious approach
• Motivation to support teaching activities and to gain hands‑on experience in LCA course delivery
• Remote work is possible for material preparation; on‑site presence is required during block week exercises in the computer lab
