International Affairs Delegates
The International Advisors assist and advise staff and students in planning and organizing stays abroad. They are also the contact persons for the „Mobility Agreements“ for employees and for the „Learning Agreements“ for students, which are drafted individually before starting an Erasmus+ exchange. The “Learning Agreement” for students is a contract approved by the student, the sending and the receiving institution, organisation, or enterprise and includes the program of the studies or the traineeship to be followed abroad. The „Mobility Agreement“ for staff sets out the program of teaching or training to be followed respectively.
