In case of emergency, always start by shouting loudly for help!

Usually at TUMCS, there is a huge chance somebody capable of first aid is nearby.

Emergency Calls

You as the caller must provide important information so that the staff at the integrated control centre can quickly alert the appropriate emergency services.

Calls in English are also possible.

Ideal pattern of the emergency call: the 5 key questions

1. Where is the incident?

2. Who is calling?

3. What happened?

4. How many people are injured?

5. Wait for inquiries: Don't hang up now, there may be further questions.

If you are calling from a landline on university premises, please dial “0” before any external telephone number.
112 and 110 may also work without a leading “0”.

  • or even if you only suspect that such a situation may exist, this is the right number to call

Call this number if there is a suspected poisoning. In case of imminent danger, also call 112
