Daniel Klüh
Our colleague Daniel Klüh (RES) is currently on a 2-month research stay at the Lappeenranta University of Technology.
The collaboration with researchers from this university has been ongoing since the beginning of the year and was initially conducted digitally only. Thanks to the relaxing Covid19 situation in both countries, the stay at the Finnish university was now possible.
In this bilateral collaboration, a process for the production of ethanol as a fuel based on electricity and carbon dioxide has already been modeled. In a further step, the raw material base will now be expanded to include biomass. Daniel is currently working on a publication on this topic with the scientists there. In addition to his work at the university, he also reports on endless nature and enormous beer prices.
