Prof. Dr. Dominik Grimm is a professor of bioinformatics at the TUM Campus Straubing and focuses in particular on the analysis of complex biological data, such as in the context of microorganisms and biotechnological processes. Prof. Dr. Klaus Menrad is a professor of marketing and management of renewable resources and conducts research on, among other things, market and innovation processes in the bioeconomy as well as the economic implementation of sustainable technologies. Both thus make significant contributions to interdisciplinary research at the Straubing Campus, where scientific, technological, and economic perspectives are closely intertwined.
