  Quick-commerce players such as Gorillas or Flink are expanding massively in Europe. At the same time, many new players are also entering the market, e.g. Knuspr, Getir. We want to create an overview on who is on the market and how do they actually operate.

  For your thesis, you will have the following tasks:

  • Perform research and literature review on (grocery) q-commerce players in Europe
  • Create an interview guide and conducts interviews with those players on their operations in order to understand q-commerce networks, distribution systems, last mile operations incl. tour building and their collaboration with stores
  • Categorize and summarize findings in paper
  • Determine potential research areas based on the findings
